Lucy leads our bookkeeping and accounting function, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all client engagements. She oversees month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, and audit support while developing process discipline across the team.

With more than 18 years of full-cycle accounting experience, she has managed general ledger operations, payroll, AP/AR, budgeting, and financial reporting. She has also led accounting teams, implemented system transitions, and strengthened internal controls to improve efficiency and reporting reliability.
